App can't communicate
I have built a B-Robot using Leonardo and CNC shield and for ESP8266 I am using Wemos D1 mini. The robot is able to balance but of course it is oscillating so I need to tune the PID gains. For that I need to use the app. The app is able to show me the robot angle correctly so it is receiving the data fine, however any input from the sliders are not reaching the robot. I have debug enabled and nothing is showing up. However if I use another app to send UDP packets to it on port 2222, the robot receives the data.
Does anyone have any ideas what’s going on? Why is data from the app not reaching the robot? Is the app using some other port? Is it some custom version of AT firmware that runs on Devia board’s ESP?
