CAMERA SLIDER rail version
We are developing a new version of the CAMERA SLIDER.
Basically, the hardware changes, but the electronics, motors, cables … almost 70% of the ancillary elements are the same.
So, if you have created the original CAMERA slider, it will be easy to create this one.
We have moved to smoother STEPPER MOTOR DRIVERS (Stepstick TMC2208) too. We will post everything as soon as we test everything 200%.
The control APP will be the same.
This is an excellent post I have seen thanks to sharing it. It is really what I wanted to see hope in future you will continue for sharing such an excellent post.

We strongly recommend using the TMC2208 motor drivers, but you will need to reduce the current output a little (to 0.7A) Info about how to do that: https://youtu.be/7VHwcEroHPk?t=254

Thanks a lot. I am printing already. Any BOM? What size are the bearings? bolts? TMC2208 are super silent and i use them since my first build 😉
Is there a chance that you could provide simple example of the sketch for Blynk? It would be awesome to create my own control panel app to be able setup start/end points for distance/angle, speed, acceleration, loop, auto-home(with end-stop), manual mode and so on… I manged to control LEDs on your board… and that’s it for now 😀

How can Devia work away from home? I only see AC option. I think I remembered that before they sold 18650 battery adapters, isn’t it possible now?

We recommend you a 12V or 9V battery holder with the regular 5.5mm connector, like this one:

Thanks again! I can say that this one is super quiet and smooth. Printed parts need some post-processing in order to make it tight but i am really impressed anyway. I have made some small changes and i am adding the micro usb 9v rechargeable battery. Any progress with that requested Blynk App example? It would be very useful for the whole “open source” community, for your business and for me as well :DDD Anyway.. I love your board and i am going to build this slider for some of my friends as they really like it.
